1st timer
I play footy and want to know what the best stuff to take to shred the fat off me and keep my muscle, if not put it on. I want to be able to improve my running and my weight is a big part of that. Im not a big fat prick but do have a few kgs to lose. I train for footy 3 times a week and weights 3 times a week atm. Im 184cm and 105kgs. Ive heard that Clen is the stuff to have a crack at. Is this the case and what basic weights progran should I follow (reps/sets/rest etc). Ive also heard that Cytomel will cut the shit out of you. Any info would be great.

These are things you can find by doing a little research around the site. How does the diet look? No sense in using juice, clen , and t3 if that's whacked.

we really need to know your bf% in order to give safe advice. you should have it measured or at least post a current pic so we can see what you are working with.
