    Cycle help

    If am going to do test cypionate about 600 mg a week I want to add deca 300 mg week how often should I take the deca shots

    by the way if you're only guna run deca at 300mg/week then split it in to 150mg shots 2x/week

    i personally dont like deca but if you do then id look in to running it at 500mg/week.
    what are your stats and your goals for this cylce?
