i have been working out for 3 years very regular now and had almost topped out and couldn't gain anymore... then i had an accident and had surgery which kept me out of the gym for months..... i just started back again and my goal is t gain muscle mass and get bigger but also have a cutting stage at the end to get ripped.... i tried d-bol twice now and has not impressed with it at all.
i'm 6'2 185 pounds and 22 years old.
from what i read i think i need to do a 12 week cycle with test and then at the beginning take d-bol or something similar... and the last 4 weeks take winstol or something.....
i'm just not sure what to take or the amount so that i will gain bulk at the beginning but then loose the water weight and get ripped at the end..... does this even make sense haha
any suggestions or help i appreciate it thanks a lot -Eric
