First DECA cycle

Hello all. I havnt done any gear for almost 3 months and the last thing I did was a low dosage of Anavar (70mg/day)

This time I am going to start Deca in Feb. I am 36. 5'11" 190 lbs .This is the plan:

I am going to do 250mg of Test Enanthate twice a week (inject)
I am going to do 200mg of Deca twice a week (inject)

While on this I will be taking 4 Gaspari Novedex XT pills / day.

I will run this for 8 weeks.

I will run the Test Enanthate for 2 weeks AFTER my last Deca injection @ 250mg / week

2 weeks after the last Test Enanthate I will start my PCT

Weeks 1-2 : 4 tabs a day of Anastrozole
Weeks 3-4 : 2 tabs a day of Anastrozole

Thats it.....any thoughts??

Your dosages are ok on Test and Deca, but the cycle is too short. You should run the cycle for 12 weeks as things aren't even going to kick in until week 5 or so.

The GAsp Nov is not real nolvadex. Look for the AA-R banner at the top of this page and purchase some nolvadex and clomid for your PCT. No need to run anything during the cycle, save it for PCT.

deca at least 10 weeks and the test needs to be ran for 2 extra
test 500mg 1-12
deca 400mg 1-10
week 14-17 pct

i agree with everyone

the cycle needs to be longer

deca doesnt fully reach stable blood levels until weeks 6-8
and test e takes about 4-5 weeks

so if you do a 8 week cycle... youll get 4 weeks full use of test and maybe a week out of the deca

no worth it... so lengthen the cycle

and yep. stop the deca 2 weeks before test

also... your PCT sucks. go to the PCT forum and read

My previous info:

Is this not good? I also just purchased 90 caps of tamoxifen.

How do you recommend I take the tamoxifen and the Anastrozole?
Run anything during cycle? Which one after?

id get come clomid and run it with the nolvadex for pct.

Why is that? Why take the Adex during and NOT after?

What are advantages of Clomid over Adex?

I heard the Novedex XT is good to take during the cycle, because taking anything during isnt as necessary as the PCT itself.

FYI Also, my mistake (my math was off) I will be doing a 10 week Deca and 12 week Test cycle.

Any advice is appreciated. The info that I got is from a pro-bodybuilder friend of mine. I am just making sure that I am covered.

Also, I dont want to put on more than 15 pounds (I realize diet plays a huge role) are my Test mgs low/high enough compared to the Deca mgs? I am only using the Test so that my dick still works.

Also, I understand that Test Enanthate may be taken solo.....If so, what will the diff be to do both Deca and the Test together?

Using the deca and test will create a synergistic anabolic effect. 500 mgs of test a week will keep your willie workin.

What dosages are the adex and the nolva? You can do a pct without clomid. Read the PCT forum for more info.

I am having trouble getting the Nolva now...BUT I have the Adex. It is 1mg.X 50
