    Why 12 weeks cicles ?

    Hello I'm on my 10th week of Sust 250mg and 300mg Bolde.

    ( I know low doses, but it was my first cicle, I wanted to see how my body reacted

    I feel great, 17 pounds up and no side effects, maybe some acne in my back but that's all, that got me thinking.

    Why do it for 12 weeks, and not more?


    PS.- I know a lot will tell me 17 pounds isn't a lot, but my diet was crappy around new years because of a fam trip.

    Anybody that says 17 ponds gained is crappy is a fvcking idiot, that is a great gain for a cycle. Of course you can go longer but there is no point unless you continue to gain. You also need to increase the calories to feed what you have gained and promote further growth

    17 pounds is great for those doses actually

    and i think over time, the steriod community has found that 12 weeks is usually when the gains stop. plus there are HPTA issues. after 12 weeks being shut down. it will be easier to get your nuts back in working order then 20 weeks lets say.

    but not everyone does 12 weeks. 8 weeks is norm for short esters (prop, tren a)
    and ive done 14 and 16 week cycles with no problems.

    its pretty much a given time frame for you to work with. if at 12 weeks your still gettin great gains.. then keep going. if your sides are zilch, your PCT is strong, your diet and your training are up to par... then theres no problem with that

    Now that you mention it, I was wondering why my gains were lower last week, maybe they are comming to a stop.

    are you adjusting your calorie intake to make up for the 17 pounds youve gained?

    are you hittin the gym harder?

    or you could just be comming to a halt with the gear.

    Also remember, shorter cycles mean less time off to recover. Unless your making gains still with a longer cycle, it just means your recovery will take longer and you will have to delay starting a new cycle even more.

    Yeah my diet got better, I changed it a little bit in week 4 and had great results.

    But yeah I'll end up my 12 weeks, PCT and going to get ready for the second cicle! Now I feel more confident, and I know that my body can take it.

    since you are running eq you need to stop it two wks before the test. Imo eq should be ran longer even though its your first cycle I see nothing wrong with extending the test to 16wks and the eq to 14wks, your doses are low so a little longer might do you some good, just up your calories another 400-500 ed to to maximize gains.
