Qusetions concerning my Test-E 300 and Anavar cycle?
First off. I would like to say thank you to everyone for all the helpful information.
Below I will give all the information on my body type, cycle, diet and workout.
I have been doing research on different cycles and information for about 15 months now and I have decided to do a 10 week cycle of Test e 300 and anavar . I have been lifting for about two year now off and on. This will be my 4 cycle but it has been 12 years since my last cycle - high school crap.
Body Type -
Ht - 5'10
Wth - 195 pounds
23% BF
33 year old
Cycle -
Anavar - 20mg around 8:00am
20mg at 1:00pm in the afternoon
20mg at 8:00pm in the evening
That is a total of 60mg of anavar everyday - Monday thur Sunday
Test-E 300 -
EDITED 300 -
1cc on Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Total of 900mg per week
Diet - Monday thur Sunday
Breakfast - 1 cup of Oatmeal and a banana or Egg whites and turkey breast wrapped in a wheat tortia
Mid Morning (10:00am) Protein Shake and amino Acids
Lunch - Chicken and steamed veggies or club sandwich and a multi grain chip with all natural salsa. I then take my multi Vitamin.
Mid Day (2:00pm) Protein Shake and sometimes another chicken breast
Dinner - Either chicken or Steak with brown rice and steam veggies - either water or protein shake with dinner
Desert - Protein shake with fruit or trail mix
Workout -
Monday - Chest and tri's
Tuesday - Back and Bi's
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - Legs and Shoulders
Friday - chest and abs
Saturday - rest
Sunday - Bi's and abs
Cardio - 30mins everyday
I know you guys and gals are not here to wright out my whole routine for me but if you can comment on the portion of this email that you’re more knowledgeable about, it would be greatly appreciated.
Ok - now that you know my life story (sorry for the book - just wanted to give you enough info) here is my questions to you.
1. Does my cycle look alright or should i take more, less juice.
2. Should I add a third compound?
3. Is there to much protein in my diet or should add another food group.
4. Does anyone have any suggestions (exercises) for thinning out my trunk size and love handles.
5. Any other suggestions.
Goals - Reduce body fat - gain lean muscle mass (growth) and get rid of my tire.

I wouldnt cycle yet dude, your first goal should be to get your bf down to about 15%..

I know you dont wanna hear this bro but your body fat is high to run a cycle right now. Go for 15% and below. Prolly chose var thinking it would wittle down the trunk adipose material huh? Higher fat content can lead to more estrogenic sides. I let some other people give their 2 cents tho.

And get rid of most of those protein shakes..

1.) That's a lot of juice already. 900mg a week is a LOT for your 4th cycle.
2.) NO you should no add a third compound
3.) You can never have TOO much protein in your diet. -- Looking at that diet I would say you aren't eating enough whatsoever. I take in more food then you do ALL day, before like 1pm...
4.) Do some sit-ups. Lots of them.

cut out one of those tests shots and do 600mg/wk. Dont add anymore compounds and personally if i wanna kick out the extra fat and not concerned about gaining as much mass i cardio about 4times a wk while on.

OK - thanks for the info - i started that cycle on monday the 19th of jan. If i quit juicing right now will my gear stay good for the next two month while i reduce BF?
It is a little dishearting to hear Im not ready to start my cycle but I want to do it right and not waste my money. If my gear will stay fresh I will stop right away and work my ass off the next two to reduce my BF%.
Should I continue the anaver to help me shed weight and gain strenght?
Also, if Im not eating enough can someone please provide me with a thread link for a good diet?
