if your doc prescribed you trt, you need to follow their dosage suggestions. Your levels will be monitored, if you exceed the recommended dosage your levels will most likely show higher than they should on your next bloodwork, so they will then prescribe less if any at all. You can't just run higher than prescribed and expect them to keep setting you up with more.

Bingo, its not like you can come and get your blood tested and its above 4,000+ and the doctor just lets it go. He/she is not stupid and she will known your abusing.

Well you pretty much summed it all up.

YOUR NUTRITION IS SEVERLY LACKING! you need to focus on getting your diet in order, and your BF% dropped before even thinking of running a cycle or higer doses of test. Your going to be running into health issues at your weight so best be cautious first. And NO the test will not help give you a boost, keep it where its at and start getting your nutritional intake right and on track. Health issues is what you least want right now, your already on TRT. And i bet that being overweight and having bad nutrition has something to do with your low test levels....

Sounds to me like drinking plays a part in that.

Also, how long have you been lifting?

Be honest as we are willing to help you out, this is your health that you are dealing with.

AAS are not miracle substances. You need to focus on what changes your body for the better and that is your nutrition. Without it nothing will help you.

Give us a list of what you currently eat roughly on a day to day basis. That is a start.

I dont think fat in the gut is attributed to drinking. If it is do you know where I could find study on this. Not being smart I really am interested. I think it is myth that it gives you larger gut, my dad has bigger gut and he doesnt drink, he is pretty big bloke.
To OP your diet is prob in need of fix. If iI were you I would lower dose to 150/week 6 weeks before next blood test. If you do have deficetcy you could cruise and blast when you have a repeat prescription.

i drink on the weekends but a good amount like a 24 pk of beer a night..gonna cut it down pretty much out..i used to lift alot in the good ole days high school played football, basketball, and baseball..i know the juice isnt the magic answer but im hoping it will help..im pretty down to earth so im not expecting a miracle..im gonna start with a good diet, cardio and lifting for a bit before i increase so i can take less for now and store up more test

    Beer drinking IMO.

And yeah id def. like to find the study on that as well, once again its my own opinion/observation.

Ive see tons of HEAVY beer drinkers who seem to be skinny all over and have HUGE guts. Maybe its just an area where fat is deposited more in men. Now you got me thinking.....
