    Frustrated, need help

I've been lifting about 4 years now, doing solid, consistent work. I'm very tall and not especially broad, and have been frustrated with my gains. I try to vary the exercises and eat right, but little seems to work. Now, I'm considering steroids.

What would be a good starter (pill form) for simply adding mass? I don't want to stick myself with a needle, but am willing to try something else.

    Please help.

Bad answer. What are your stats? Age, height, weight, lifting experience, diet, ect.

^^^^^ bump for stats. And if your not gaining it probably has something to do with your diet IMO. And definitely do NOT take sam1969's advice FYI.

That is terrible advice. Advice like that is how newbies REALLY damage their bodies.

    1. Bad advice to a guy who has never run orals or steroids before
    2. Anavar isn't even a mass builder, its good for lean quality gains

Actaully as far as oral go these are the only 2 id ever even consider running stand alone (but that being said id never do an oral only cycle and use very few orals at all) At any rate why dont you tell us your stats (age height weight etc) training experince and prob most important diet. Lets mayber take it from there...

    Age: 19
    Height: 6' 6"
    Weight: 200

Small body frame; healthy body fat/ lean mass ratio, though I want to get shredded.

Weightlifting for four years; Bench max 250; Overhead max 135; Deadlift max 255; I have avoided squats, as they are really difficult for me (I'm only now performing them on the Smith Machine).

Meals just got more tricky since going to college (making a 5-6 meal a day plan nearly impossible). Breakfast is usually a combo of eggs, fruit, toast, milk (skim), or cereal; lunch usually includes salad, eggs, lean cold cuts, fruit; dinner usually includes salad, fruit, eggs, and lots of chicken (variety in protein is limited at the cafeteria). I try to eat ample amounts of protein while avoiding fatty options, like the pork sausage at breakfast.

    Hope this helps.

bro everyone will tell you you are too young. that is only for you to decide. i made alot of gains during thoes years with supps and diet. My belief is that is you are not ready for AAS untill you can take the needle. That being said... if i were you I would eat everything i saw for about a year and then look at your progress. especially If you are light and low BF.

bro, you are too young for steroids, i'm your same age so i understand the college thing with diet, but i can promise you that with some tweeks to your diet you will start gaining, besides, even if you took steroids, if you couldn't diet correctly then you still would have bad gains

write out everything you eat tomorrow and post it in the diet section and we'll help you out, i just figured out some cool little tricks that make dieting easy at college,at least for me

By the looks of this, its definatly your diet.
You need to eat wayyy more than that over your entire day.
To me when people say usually i eat... da da da da... it means they eat like 1 piece of meat with 1 piece of fruit or 1 sandwhich with a piece of fruit, not a huge meal.

Head over to the diet section and learn from there, you can make some quick and easy meals and get huge

yeah dude.. far too young. only now am I starting to think about gear and I'm going on 25. I've been working out regularly for ages and in only my last two years I've put on a healthy amount of mass. Your test levels peak at 25.. and I've noticed that myself. And even at my age I'm still growing naturally. Take your time. It's amazing how being a REAL bulk diet will feel like on gear already. Eat like an animal and train like one two. Hope you take my advice

this doesn't really mean anything to us bro, we need you to write out each meal, not just the foods you ate
