    new Test E and tren A cycle

    first off,

    im 6'1", 205pds, 29yrs, weight training for about 4 yrs serious. about 12 or 13 % BF.

    this will be my 5th cycle, second with tren . ran it at 50mg ED with 75 of prop ED on my last cycle. didnt get the results i was looking for from the test. so ive decided to give tren another shot but with enanthate ester this time.

    im looking to put on some size, but also lose so BF at the same time.

    im thinking of running at these doses.

    Test E 250mg E3D weeks 1 to 12
    Tren A 50ED weeks 3 to 12
    along with arimidex at .25 or .50 ED to keep some bloat down and hopefully keep some sides down since i can be prone to bacne.

    im staggering the start times to allow time for the enathate to kick in before the tren A.

    any advice or comments would be appreciated.

    for starters, if you're 6'1" and 205 after 4 cycles, what were your starting stats?

    those stats are not very impressive after four cycles.

    i started at about 180 pds, and have been up to 220, but am a naturally skinny person and have trouble keeping on weight. strength always stays, but the weight just wont stay on. seem to be maintaing between 205 and 210 the last 6 months.

    What were you expecting from the prop/tren cycle. thoes dosages were my 3rd cycle and it was probably the best gains i have experienced. what are you looking for in this cycle. What is your diet like?

    sounds like a diet issue bro, post your diet in detail

    there is no point in cycling till you sort your diet.

    my diet is not spot on 100% of the time, but its not like im out eating grease and fat every day all day.

    i ensure that i get at least 250 grams of protein a day, with only about 80 coming from shakes. i would list a day to day menu, however, its my wife that cooks, and im never really sure what im having until its in front of me. ( which is a blessing to have meals cooked for you).

    like i mentioned, im a naturally skinny person, and eat over 3000 cals a day to keep my weight over 200. My BF has never been over 12 or 13, ( currently i have abs, however, they arent shredded, but still visible.

    if you want to know more, i can keep track of every meal for this week and post it day by day.

    on a second note, the above mentioned cycle, is it something that looks good, or should it be changed?

    one more thing, when i said that i reached 220, i was eating to the point where i wanted to puke at every meal. i didnt like that feeling much and would prefer not to go through it again.

    without getting into your other issues id stop the tren week 10

    id just run the test a couple weeks longer than the tren .. you could run the tren 10 then just run the test 2 weeks longer.. your choice

    ok, what is the reason for that? as the test will be a longer ester?

    dropping the tren early seems to make recovery easier

    ok, thanks, any advice on the arimidex ? id like to keep it as low a dose as possible to keep the sides down. (mostly acne)

    ive had issues with it in the past, but the last time on tren it actually cleared it up some, ( which is weird, i know). so im attempting to keep my levels as steady as possible throughout the cycle.

    id run the adex at .25 ed or eod... see how it works eod.. i prefer ed myself

    thanks alot mammon, ill start with .25 eod, then if im noticing anything, ill try ED, then go from there till i sort it out.
