OK.. I am really bad at conversions. The only bottle I was able to actually get is 150 mg per ml. I was originally looking to run 500 mg a week, but I want to run it for more than just 4 weeks. How long should a bottle of that size last?

how many mL is the bottle? You gave the dosage

All it says is 150 mg per ml... but it's a regular sized vial. The only size I've ever seen. Does that help? My buddy said it should only last a month and he's pretty experienced with gear but I am really hoping it will last more than that.

You can't out-hope mathematics. If it's a 10 ml bottle at 150mg/ml, then running it at 450mg per week would make it last 3 weeks + 1 shot into the next week. If it's test E you're talking about, then don't even bother using it until you get at least 2 more vials of an either greater or equal amount to your current vial. Don't go cheap when it comes to steroids . One of my friends sacrifices safety for money when it comes to taking steroids. He doesn't do a PCT properly and then he tries to run Test E for 6 weeks without even a frontload.

Everything else is set. It just sucks because my original shipment never got to me and this is all I could get, and I've been waiting for almost an entire year. I have all of the other info and education I need. This post was in more of hope than anything.
