Help with what Steroid i should take please...
Ok, I used to train really hard for about 2 years. started off at 5'11 and 138 lbs. took gaspari nutritions M1T(when it was still around) doubled the dosage and saw a gain of 30 lbs of lean muscle in a month and a half. included was a great meal plan of about 6000 calories and was at 6% bf. I since have had 2 kids so i slacked off for 2 years. Now i want to start taking again. Im 5'11, 145lbs and would like to get to 175-180lbs. right now im at 8% bf and can easily get that to 6% Can someone reccommend to me a good steroid to take where i can see big gains. I dont want to inject. I prefer oral steroids . Also, anything that I would have to take with it, ie. milk thistle or estrogen blockers etc. I was told Anadrol was good and id see gains in the first week...Please, ur help is much appreciated!!

I went from 130.....to a 250lb lump of shit on my first cycle. Mine wasn't oral though so yours makes more sense

I don't want to rip on anyone..... i've been away for quite some time..... but this place has surely changed. I guess i can understand in some sense...... all these "newbie" questions can get quite irritating..... but all of us have been there.
A simple link to another thread that would pertain to his question like BIG posted is all that is necessary...... i don't really think we need to make someone feel like an ***hole. BIG's "link" may not be an easy "let down" for the poster LOL but he'll get the point. We all share the same interest..... how bout we try and guide him in the "right" direction instead of making him feel like he can't come back here to ask questions?
like i said.... I don't want to call anyone out. This isn't the 1st thread i've seen it either..... just thought i would give my 0.02.....

wow...i like joining a forum expecting to get sound advice from people that knew things, but instead get flamed by a bunch of ****in faggots. if u dont want to give me some good advice then why even post in the thread? whats the point? wow, ur cool cus u can flame the new guy on the forum, i wanna be just like u, yah right. You guys, serious, i just came here cus i thought id get some good advice. Ive done some research about HGH and DBOL and Decca and stuff but wanted to get first hand advice from people that have used the things. I PREFER NOT to inject, but will if its whats best. so anyone with something constructive to say and not just be a beaner, then please give me some advice, im all ears; but if u just want to flame a newb, then blow yourself.

oh, and PS...I do know how to eat. I have very close friends that are personal trainers and have given me great meal plans. I even worked out without the use of steroids for a year and was not happy with what little gains i saw. I have a very quick metabolism and even on a 6000 calorie a day meal plan didnt help. Please Id really appreciate someone with something helpful, or maybe i just came to the wrong place, which came highly reccomended.

I know it's not what you want to hear, but if you're looking for a place that will tell someone who is 5'11" and 145lbs that steroids are the answer to achieving their goals, then yes you came to the wrong place. I've been around this longer than many of our members have been alive, and my honest opinion is that your diet is to blame. Regardless, you're an adult and the choice is ultimately up to you, so if you're considering an oral steroid cycle, forget about anadrol , look into anavar , tbol, or perhaps both.

Yeah i would say anavar as well. But like metioned fix the diet.

Personal trainers with nutrition plans? 90% of the time no....just no.... I have heard, seen, mocked, and put trainers to shame with diet advice.
So you say even on a 6000calorie a day meal plan it still did not help you? Im going to have to call you out on this one and say Post the diet broken down into the food you eat at the exact time you are supposed to eat it, what the meal contains in terms of food and measurements (ie. 1/2 cup oats, 6 oz chicen 2tbpl BBQ sauce) Then post after that the calorie content broken down into carbs, fats, and protein (ie 40grams carbs, 5grams fat, 40grams protein)
Get it?
And I dont want you to think we are "flaming you" or i am being a dick, by all means go ahead tell me that i do not know what im talking about and start your AAS cycle of orals only in which without the diet you WILL NOT be able to maintain.
ONCE AGAIN AAS are not f*cking miracle drugs! I only say this becasue its the new memebers that just cannot get that thru their head time and time again, after multiple posts. You cannot grow muscle out of NOTHING!
What about your training regime? Mind posting that? how often you lift during the week? Body part splits? twice a day? 2 times a week? What?
How is your sleeping pattern?
ALL things can affect the way you grow but i hear ALL THE TIME from my closest friends even "im eating like 4000-5000 cals a day and im not growing WTF???" Once i rip into their diet and explain to them why they are wrong and not growing they feel stupid. Learn how to utilize nutrition. LEGobricks...appreciate the info. I know personal trainers a lot just BS but figured my friends would actually help. ill post what they had me eating as well for u to tell me where or what is not working. as far as my lifting "regime" goes, I dont have a "routine." I lift 5 days a week, give each muscle group about 2 days of rest before re-working it. i usually am in the gym for about 1.5 hours and only do 3 major muscle groups a day.
I know AAS are not miracle drugs, i understand that. I have bad sleep patterns. I dont get an unbroken 8 hours of sleep. I wake up every 3 hours when my daughter does. Ill post more on my day off so u can enlighten me, which i would like.
