    Question soeone help me out

    i have never done steroids i am 6'1 223 lbs i had a baby a year ago and had to stop working out .i dont care about gaining to much i want to add a little to my chest and shoulders and i always have had a problem with getting my shoulder bigger.i would also like to get ripped what would be best roids to start out with. my cousin said something stacked with winn.

    i am 24 dont know my body fat it is not bad though i am a male

    if you stopped working out a year ago due to the baby, are you just now getting back to it?

    In any case bro it sounds like your goals are modest and thusly can be done with a good diet and training.

    Ok this is going to be your best cycle. Monday Chest, and cardio, Tuesday, Back and cardio, Wed, Shoulders, and cardio, Thrus lower body, Friday arms bis and tris. and cardio, sat and sun, make you six meals a day for the rest of the week and after you have got to where you cant go anymore and have read about cycles and pct then start your steroid cycle. JMO

    i have been doing little stuff an my job keeps me in pretty good shap but i want to look better then i ever have an im def gonna do this i just need some advice . by the summer i would like to be a lean 230

    would you consider posting a picture so we can see what kind of base you're working with?
    you really should be training for at least a year consistently before cycling to avoid injury.
