winstrol problem

I got some oral winstrol that are dosed 50mg per cap. The problem is I only want to run 50mg ed, and there capsules so I cant break them up to split up the dose to twice ed. what do you guys think I should do. say screw it and only take it once ed or up my dose to 100mg ed which I would rather not do in my current situation.

what are you talking about its pretty clear. orals winni has an 8 hour half life so it needs to be taking 2xed I cant do that because I want to run 50mg ed and my capsules are dosed at 50mg each so I can only take them once ed or up my dosage to 100mg ed so I can take two ed.

with my cycle being what it is I would rather keep the dose low for my livers sake.

I had the same problem you did with the 50mg capsules of winni. I had to just compromise with taking 50mg once a day. I love my liver to much!

Open the capsule and take out roughly half of the powder...won't be exact, but it doesn't have to be. Close the capsule and store for the second dose of the day. Take the powder you set aside, throw it in your mouth and down it with some water...done.
