    First Cylce back

    need advise on my next cycle, havent got much love on my previous posts

    little about myself -32 yrs old, did gear around 5 total times starting at 19 til 24. went from 170 to 240 at my peak. pretty good gains i guess. had knee surgury at 26 and kinda started dropping off with training but still maintained my mass. at 29 i was still 225 and as strong buy not as puffy when i was 240 on gear, since 29 had shoulder issues and have been to the gym about 20 times in pasts 3 years, i do pushups and situps hear and there and can still walk into the gym and incline 225 several times, i am currently 220 lbs, neck is around 18, bi's 17.5 flexed, waist 36 and after having a baby (my wife did, i supplied sperm,ha)and building our house i am feeling that i need a little me time so its gonna be back to the gym, my plan was to get to my max naturally again and then hit a stack of test and deca . any advise for this out of date guy? thanks guys

    What did you cycles look like before? It sounds like you would make some great gains from a test only cycle.

    sounds like you need to get a thorough check up with your doc before you start training again considering ya past injuries. theres a good start. then check out the diet section and have at it bro dont even worry about using AAS at this point

    What did you cycles look like before? It sounds like you would make some great gains from a test only cycle.

    first cycle was test,
    2nd deca
    3rd sust 250

    Knee was from climbing power poles, had artho, still bugs til this day but strengthing my legs will help, just can go crazy. shoulder was some rotater issues, its good to go now. i hear you on no aas, i think i can get pretty jacked naturally, just need the dedication back. i have read a lot of posts and most guys on here are really supportive so i will use that too. thanks
