How much time should I take off between cycles? I'm 3 weeks past the last shot of my first cycle of test/deca/dbol. I start clomid tomorrow and will run it for 4 weeks. So, when? (I'm looking for the earliest possible date please.)

at the minimum is 4 weeks but i recommend 6 weeks for yoru receptors!

That's the rule of thumb. I also believ in waiting as long as possible between cycles to let your receptors recover. I usually only do maybe 2 cycles a year if I can.Originally posted by Shredz

Yeah, but do you include the 6-7 weeks after your shots that it takes for clomid therapy in that "time on = time off" theory?
If not, I'll be starting my next cycle a month or so after clomid. Correct?

Include your time on clomid as time on.
