Looking to get CUT Fast
Ok im looking to get cut fast as i can i now its to late but my bday is in feb 19 and im going to vegas i use to be a wrestler till i hurt my knee last year im about 5'11 and my weight is 170 and im about 20% BF now. a friend told me to take D-bol is he right i wouldnt my bulking up i guess.

i am already doing that steak greenbeans and potatos with a shake.. what about somthing to get me cut?

You are not going to go from 20% bf to anywhere near cut in 3 weeks. Get a tan wear long board shorts and when you get back focus on diet and cardio.

i know but i will start showing somthing by then... i been working on my tan but after feb at the end of march i have my spring break coming and im going to pan city where i need to get cut again for.. can i just get some advice on what roids i should take to get cut and a lil bluk

Ok sorry **** the timeline im looking to get cut and some bulk what should i start taking i have never done anything befor i lift weights pretty hard and i do 15 min of cardo befor or after evey workout????

Roids do not make you cut, diet and cardio make you cut. No one on here is going to sit down and spend 30 minutes designing a diet taylored to fit your needs. Read the diet section and propose what you feel you need and people will advise from there. As far as cardio, it goes hand in hand with dieting and if I were looking to get cut fast I would be doing 60 minutes every day first thing upon waking.

ok i have a good diet plan im not going to put it up and waste time use to wrestle i know what diet and cardo is ok.... All im looking for is somthing i been in a dead stall on my lifting for 2 months now i cant move up in weight on my cheast back or arms i have love handles i have a 4 pack i need somthing to get me over the edge with more weight and the other 2 abs

No one here is trying to give you a bad time(well maybe a few) but if there were truly a simple shortcut to get cut overnight or something you could take to make it happen all of a sudden there wouldnt be any out of shape people running around. Fact is, you just need hard work and time.

I commented on that thread that fire guy just posted about. Ill tell you the same thing i told that guy. It seems like no one wants to hear the answer im about to give but its the truth. Diet and cardio will get you exactly were you want to be ! ! And im sure you know about dieting but im also sure that it needs work. Get your diet in order and bust your ass everyday in the gym and you will get were you want. But that's just my two cents.

i ll break it down for u,
if u don't do this it doesn't matter what u take or do will not make any change or diffrence.
1st diet,diet,diet, 2nd cardio like 1hr to 2hr a day yes u heard it right 2hrs.
then 3rd comes the magic stuff like taking var 4weeks 50mg.
winny should b comined with test as the base for all cycles.
in your case being 170 lbs no flame u only need diet and cardio.
its ur call man how ever u want to do it.

also u can get some clenbuterol to help loose some fat, if not accessable than get some hydroxycut which i never tried
