Cycle experience: first cycle
When I first started this cycle I wanted to gain 20 or 30lbs, but I was scared to gain anymore bodyfat because I started the cycle chubby already. I didn't get enough calories because I was scared of gaining fat. My diet was extemely clean, but I think I might benefit next time getting a few high calorie foods in there just to up my calorie intake. I was having a hard time getting all the calories I needed eating clean.
I am happy the way my body looks now, definitely made a lot of progress. But I am kind of scared to stop this cycle. Is there a time when your gains will stop and you get kind of a higher tolerance for the Test?Yes the gains start slowing down I know most on this board don't condone long cycle's, but I am thinking about extending this cycle past 12 weeks. Well if your are still gaining good on test then you can past the 12 weeks but I don't know if you could run it another six weeks maybe 4. But remember the longer your on the more aggressive your PCT and time you will have to be off.
With the little weight gain that I have should I keep my gains? With proper PCT you should keep them yesIf I start eating like a mad man now(I'm not scared of eating anymore I'm pretty lean) could I run this another six weeks and get some good gains? That depends, your body is getting use to the test so you might make some gains you might not I would just like a little guidance from some experts. I am satisfied what I did this cycle, I just don't want to be lighter than when I started the cycle in another month. If you have a good PCT you should keep the majority of your gains
I don't understand why you ran a cycle that is used for bulking and then basically threw away some of your money by not giving your body the amount of calories/food it needs to grow. You still made good gains dont get me wrong, but I can tell your not satisfied because of what you did.
Steroids increase the rate of protein synthesis, meaning you need to put in to get out, its like buying a car and putting in a little of gasoline and hoping it will take you across the state.
I mean if you were scared of getting fat why did you do a cycle instead of naturally cutting down?
IMO you rushed into this cycle, but live and learn. You made some good gains and you will learn from your mistakes
