Test E week 11
I am in my 11th week of a Test E 500mg per week shot Mon. and Thursday. I had a kickstart with this cycle Dbol 30mg per day split into 3 doses for 4 weeks.
Stats
28yo
weight: 197 week one of cycle at least 15% bodyfat
200 week eleven no calipers but I would say between 10-12% bf
Measurements
Arms 17.5" flexed
Thigh 25"
Neck 16.5"
Waist 31"
Cycle experience: first cycle
When I first started this cycle I wanted to gain 20 or 30lbs, but I was scared to gain anymore bodyfat because I started the cycle chubby already. I didn't get enough calories because I was scared of gaining fat. My diet was extemely clean, but I think I might benefit next time getting a few high calorie foods in there just to up my calorie intake. I was having a hard time getting all the calories I needed eating clean.
I am happy the way my body looks now, definitely made a lot of progress. But I am kind of scared to stop this cycle. Is there a time when your gains will stop and you get kind of a higher tolerance for the Test? I know most on this board don't condone long cycle's, but I am thinking about extending this cycle past 12 weeks.
With the little weight gain that I have should I keep my gains? If I start eating like a mad man now(I'm not scared of eating anymore I'm pretty lean) could I run this another six weeks and get some good gains? I would just like a little guidance from some experts. I am satisfied what I did this cycle, I just don't want to be lighter than when I started the cycle in another month.

I'd say just just do your pct, and learn from your mistakes.
you'll probably need to tweak your diet significantly if you only gained 3lbs off your first cycle.

Yeah, next cycle I'm going to add some Deca , and I'll stay lean enough where I won't be afraid to take in the extra calories. Hopefully I can gain at least 15lbs next time, I am kind of afraid of taking too much bulk because it can be really hard to lean back out!

you are mistaken if you think that bud.
look at a cleaner diet ,thats the key man.

if you were having that hard of time, getting enough calories, eating clean. then try adding some protein shakes to your diet. if you have to, set your alarm for 2am, and have a shake. but really, you should have not much problem getting the calories. when you cut most of the fat from your diet, your metabolism goes crazy. i eat 2 chicken breasts, and 2 cups of cooked rice, plus veggies for a meal. and ill be hungry again in less than 2 hours. sometimes, it just takes some time, to train your body, to eat what you need.

I am on week 5 of my test e cycle and I have added 14 lbs and haven't gotten "fat", I mean I have gained maybe half inch on my stomach but thats probably water and the fact I eat 4,500+ calories a day.
IMO if your that worried about getting fat then your diet is too blame. Post up your diet.

Same exact with me. week 5 and i put on 14 pounds so far on cypionate and not much fat, but i have been taking monsterdrol for a month now- prohormone, for a kickstart.

I didn't take in enough calories, that is obvious. My diet, it's really simple, but I never counted the calories, which I should of done. But all I eat is chicken breasts, lean steaks, red potatoes, ground turkey the leanest I can get, ON whey protein 48 grams usually 3 shakes a day, reduced fat wheat thins, chili, whole wheat bread, bran flakes, skim milk. Oh yeah the only sugar I have is a glass of orange juice post workout usually about 8 ounces.
I eat whenever I am hungry, about 8 times a day probably about 8 ounces of whatever meat I choose per serving, not a whole lot of fat in here, but next time, I will count the calories in everything. I would of liked to gain 5 or 10 more lbs, but I'm not fat, I didn't spend a lot of money.
It has been a learning experience, next time for sure I will up the calorie intake, and count the calories!!
