    Help with Cycle

    Hi Guys,

    I need help & advice before i jump on my cycle that i will be recieving shortly. On dosages/day/week. And ask if the stack is good.

    I train 5 days a week

    1 Chest
    2 Arms
    3 Back
    4 Legs & Shoulders.

    Stats are

    Age 24
    Height 190cm
    Weight 94.5kgs
    Body Fat 24%
    Max lift Bench Press 100kgs
    Dumbell Priess 45kgs each arm

    Training for 2 Years so far & This is going to be my second cycle which my first cycle was 12ml of Sus250, 500mg a Week, Which i havent finished & still have 2mls left

    Order Recieving/Cycle

    12ml Susaton 250
    12ml Primotest
    100 Tablets Dianbols (Pink)
    20mls Deca 250 (Backyard)
    20mls Testerone (Backyard)

    All advice will be great, Was thinking Cycle taken as.

    Day1 1ml Sus 1ml Deca 6 Dianos
    Day2 6 Dianos
    Day3 1ml Primo 1ml Deca 6 Dianos
    Day4 6 Dianos
    Day5 2mls Test 6 Dianos
    Day6 6 Dianos
    Day7 6 Dianos

    Then Again the next week.

    All advice will be great thanks.

    So you recommending finding a good diet.

    Loose Body Fat & then hit the cycle ?

    Weight 91.700kgs
    Height 1.88m
    BMI 25.9
    Fat Index 15,3%
    Fat mass 14,0kg

    still man without a good diet,steroids are not going to be much of a help!stats are fine i guess but still if your diet is up to par or not is for you to tell us!

    You Right... I do need a diet, But dont know what to start. Heaps of people been telling me wait for 2 months and diet and train & cardio 30min every day lose 10kgs then hit the juice... Ontop of it i dont know how to diet =\

    Check out the diet forum on here. Plenty of help for losing fat. Do as phate said and post what you eat on a normal day and we'll critique it for ya bro.

    Ok well i dont note down what i eat or watch what i eat.. But for as i remember yesterday YOUR GOING TO LAUGH!

    First thing had in my mouth 3pm Icecream, 5pm Kebab & Chick Souvalki & thats all i had yesterday... Awkard day hanged over from the clubs yesterday

    So far today 10am, Ive had a Avocade/Cheese/Ham Sandwich for breakfast. & Thats it all today.. Yes its very shocking no diet i need to follow something...

    Theres plenty of diets you can base on here to help you, this is what you have to start on, steroids wont magically shed fat while adding slabs of muscle. They are meant to help you progress once you have reached your genetic potential. Waking up and having ice cream at 3pm after a heavy night of drinking should not be included in any way...

    How did you measure your body fat? Scale? Calipers? Etc.
    Whats your pct?

    Honestly bro, you shouldn't even be thinking about cycling with that mindset. I'm not going to flame you and say you're lazy. I'm hoping you're just ignorant about all of this. Do yourself a favor and do a little research. You've got to know by now (you are currently cycling) that steroids will do next to nothing if you have a bad diet.

    If you want to have the type of body you're buying and using all these compounds for, you need to learn how to eat right. Learning that will help your body composition more than anything. As far as your diet goes, if you are serious about all of this, post your macros in the diet forum and we'll take a look at them. If not, good luck and try not to destroy your body.

    Appreciate the advice guys.. I weighed my self on a Digital Machine @ the gym that messures everything... PCT is Novaldex & Clomid..

    Ok ill do some research up and diet.. How long you guys should i wait till i hit the next cycle ?

    First get your diet in order bro before thinking of your next cycle... its not an easy step to take or get used to, once you have your basic diet setup, try building on the diet, you can accomplish alot without steroids...think of diet and training as your foundation...I'm a noob here but have been training for a while without a diet...seen very little gains, about 2 -2 and half years ago i started a bulk diet, i have gained quite alot since than...just for your info on diet alone i gained 23kg's yes i did put on a bit of fat(bf is around 12-14% counting down...) but nothing a lil cardio cant handle...

    Sounds good... Yeah i will start doing research and get on a diet ASAP, just the thing is im about to get off my first cycle still have 1ml of Sus left.. Just paranoid that im gonna lose my gains and start lifting less heavy weights..

    This is the Diet im looking on Getting on for 12 Weeks & Training http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/krisgethin_guide8.htm Before Hitting the Cycle.. Lose my Body Fat Shape up & Hitting it.. What do you guys reckon. Thanks..

    Breakfast:

    * Oats made with ½ skimmed milk and ½ water
    * 5-8 egg whites scrambled on 1 slice of whole meal toast (no butter/margarine)
    * 1 cup Decaf coffee (with a dash of skimmed milk)
    * And a glass of ice water

    Morning Snack:

    * 2 whole meal rice cakes
    * Low fat cottage cheese
    * On a bed of lettuce
    * And a small handful of almonds to snack on.

    Or

    * Meal Replacement Shake
    * And two glasses of ice water

    Lunch:

    * Mixed seafood and potato salad with low fat mayonnaise
    * 1 cup of green tea
    * 2 glasses of ice water

    Afternoon Snack:

    * Meal Replacement Shake blended with ice and water

    Dinner:

    * Veal made with vegetables and small amount of low fat gravy
    * 2 glasses of ice water

    If you haven't been dieting i doubt you will lose much gains, most of the gains prob water in any case, the diet looks good, try it out and try to keep it clean to bring your bf down, bro post your diet on the Diet forum, you will get alot more help and response from there. Dont have too many shakes rather stick to as many whole food meals as you can,chicken,lean steak and tuna make a good source of protein, brown rice, basmatti rice make a good source of carbs, cruciferous veg's help to balance natural estrogen, don't forget your EFA's(essential fatty acids), all the best bro...
