Hi...new here ad to steroids. Powerlifter/bodybuilder for over 20 years; 3 year layoff due to fractured knee; back in the gym for over 1 year with intense workouts.

Consume approx 3000 cals per day; whey protein and a few other supplements.
Interested in trying light cycle for 10 weeks. Getting mixed info from various friends, fellow bb, and others. Need some excellent advice about how to begin.
