You should be at or below 15% Bf before starting an AAS cycle. There are problems associated with cycling with higher bf. I would concentrate on diet and cardio to first get yourself to a lower BF% before considering AAS and T3. T3 will burn muscle as well as fat and you should be cycling AAS at the same time.

You could use clen along with diet/cardio to help get you there quicker. But you will be much better off in the long run to get your Bf down to at least 15% before cycling AAS.

What does 82% of protein mean? You mean 82 grams?

Right now I can tell you are not:
    1. Getting the majority of your protein from foods, almost all of your protein is from shakes
    2. You are not consuming enough calories
    3. You are not eating enough meaty foods

IMO to me it looks like weight gainers and protein drinks make up your vast majority of your diet.

I just realized you are cutting, I thought you were bulking....my fault

T3 will take your muscle, as well as fat, if you don't eat correctly the fat will return..

I have run t3 on cycle and off cycle..

it works either way, but you will lose muscle with out an aas..

T3 is some serious shit. You're going to use your girlfriend as a guinea pig? You have know idea of what you are doing. Forget about the t3.

T3 itself isnt the problem if u are at 20% bf , problem is if u dont use AAS with it u will end up skinny fat cauze it will go as hard on ur muscle as on fat. and AAS are not so good w/ higher lvl fat % .. drop to like 15% , then go with an AAS and T3 + Clen , u will be able to cut down to like 8% in some months
