Is it worthwhile doing cardio while on Test E 2 x per week@500mg? i'v been doing alot of cardio the past 2 weeks in the hope of lowering my bf, i'm around the 15% mark, cardio consists of 40-45min 4 days a week? should i just concentrate on bulking and than do cardio after my cycle?
