Im Age 24, 20% Body Mass,Food daily intake::: Morn: Oats,Banana,3 eggs +Protein shake.Snack- wholemeals bagels,peanutbutter and banana +Honey. Lunch Jacket potato-tuna and salad with brown rice. Snack-shake+apple Dinner-Chicken breasts and fibulous carbohydrates. Snack :milkshake b4 bed. Ive been training (with rest periods) for 5 years. Inlusive of high cardio via boxing and free weights.Ive had 4 months off and Im now 16 stone.Im 6ft 1in tall. Is this enough info to help me?? if not i can provide more. many thanks

I would re-adjust your diet, including a lot more protein from whole food sources, not shakes.
And have you read ANYTHING in regards to AAS? If you have you would have noted that a single long estered test such as test enanthate or cypionate would be a good begginer cycle.

AAS stands for Anabolic/Androgenic Steriods.
