I know everyone here is going to roll thier eyes seeing this but w/e. I want to do a Var only cycle for the summer. I have heard and read allot on the effects. People say it needs to be done with Test and some say it doesnt. I did a var only cycle two years ago and got decent results (but i was told that the Var possible had B-Dol mixed in). I tried Test but the needles were not for me. What I want to know is what effects does the Var actually have on my body? How do i get my levels medically checked? DOES VAR SHUT DOWN TEST PRODUCTION?
I am 21, have worked out for 6 years, between 9-12%bf(done at my gym by fools so not exact but in between those numbers), 160 5'7", workout 6 days a week.
