    MT1 (Methyltestosterone) dosage

    Hi:

    I picked up 100, 10 mg caps of Methyltestosterone . The bottle recommends taking 1, 3x a day and spacing it out. I have done a lot of research and have come up with conflicting results. Sad to say but this is the only stuff I can find and buy, so it will be the only thing, other than creatine and likely DHEA, that I will be on. Staying with Methyltestosterone how should I take it?

    (a) Some people say taking 3-5 a day over the day if it is the only thing you're on. I am thinking of taking 1 in the Am, 3 an hour before a workout, and maybe one later in the day. thoughts? Dosage?

    (b) should i swallow or sublingual (under the tongue)?

    (c) what results should i expect? I was on Winni V tabs a few years back, 2 tabs under the tongue before a work out and my muscles felt like they were going to explode. no huge strength or size gains but it was fun. similar?

    (d) what do i need to do to get off? the guy recommended some over the counter test booster.

    Any help would be much appreciated! I am not looking for size, or comments on what i should be taking b/c i can't find much here.

    stats

    I see a lot of people post stats so here goes:

    30, male, 5'10", ~200lbs, bf 10-12%. working out for like 10 years, but mostly to maintain a normal physique and not to get too soft or fat. I would say I am strong for my size. Trying to thin out my quads and build up my arms and shoulders and neck. Obviously, like to get around 5-8% bf before my trip overseas in a few months. Changed my diet a while ago and starting to see some results. Not expecting too much but would like to get over this plateau and get a little more size, symmetry, and cut up.

    Looking for some learned expertise opinions. Thanks again!
