    test e dbol

    im on a test e cycle with a dbol kickstart, ive read of people running winny at the end of their test e cycle is this a good idea? it may be too hard on the liver for me because of the dbol. P.S what do ya think of this training split? i didnt get any response in the workout area

    what do you think of this split?

    day one: chest/bicepts/abs (monday)
    bench press 4 sets 5-10 reps
    incline db press 4 sets 5-10 reps
    weighted dips 4 sets 8-12 reps
    cable curl 3 sets 8-12 reps
    EZ bar curl 4 sets 8-12 reps
    DB curl 3 sets 8-12 reps
    crunches

    Day 2 lower body (tuesday)
    squats 5 sets 5-12 reps
    leg press
    leg extension 3 sets 8-12 reps
    leg curl 3 sets 8-12 reps
    calf raise

    day 3 off (wedsday)

    day 4 shoulders/ tricepts/ abs (thurs)
    lateral raises 4 sets 8-12 reps
    DB press 4 sets 8-12 reps
    cable laterals 3 set5s 8-12 reps
    rear delt flyes 3 sets 8-12 reps
    close grip bench 4 sets 8-12 reps
    tri pushdown 4 sets 8-12 reps
    leg raises

    day 5 back/traps (fri)
    deadlift 5 sets 5-12 reps
    pull ups 4 sets failure
    DB row 3 sets 6-10 reps
    curl grip pulldown 3 sets 8-12 reps
    DB or machine shrug 3 sets 8-12 reps

    any ideas or suggestions

    Age?
    Diet?
    Goals from this cycle?

    Your training split looks similar to mine...are you trying to bulk up, cut, build strength?

    If your looking for size,,,TEST and DBOL make a great cycle...if used properly.

    bulking, i was concerned about overtraining.

    Doesn't look too bad to me. I usually do 4 sets per bodypart which is sufficient for me...except when I do Back I do about 5 exercises

    winny is oral or injectable? one oral per cycle is a good idea but it won't kill you
