    Clen and overheating

    I was thinking about taking clen to burn a bit more fat. My diet is much better after reading on here and I do plenty of cardio as I playing football (Aussie rules). Aussie rules training is quite intense and your heartrate is often over the 60-70% of your max that you are meant to work at to burn fat.

    Firstly, what effect does exercising above the 60-70% heart rate have on burning fat? and secondly, given that clen increases your body temp, what should your body temp be at and how do you monitor it and any other associated issues?

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have read on here that clen can increase your temp. by about a degree or so. They said you can check your temperature every day before hand to get a base reading and again when you start taking it. You should see the small increase. I have never done this personally. I notice I sweat more, and I get shakey, and my back of my neck gets tense. All in all I like lol.

    i'm taking it at the moment, i have trouble sleeping, hands shake a lot, very anxious/tense but it is burning fat big time! i'd notice i'm a bit warmer but i haven't monitored it. how long do most peope stay on it? anyone?

    You should use the search button as there are some great articles on here that explain it better than I can. Having said that the common methods are two weeks on two weeks off while ramping up slowly.

    I think the "beast" made a log of it but I cant remember his exact name....

    lol .. i went at 180 mcg clen /day for like 10 days out of 14 day total .. and i never over heated.. just first couple of days u get some nasty headaches.. then later nothing xcept hand shakes.. but it didnt do much to me.. idk why , tho i hear alot bout it, i went on semi low carb, low fat , high protein diet with calorie dificit and did lifting. but not that much cardio. not much weight lost for me .. @.@
    just dont worry about overheating

    Ive read heaps and thats why Im asking. The more you read, the more opinions you get. Its doing my head in to be honest. What about the training heart rate as I mentioned b4? What effect does having your heart rate too high have?

    How long does it take to notice 'fat loss'? and how much cardio/weights are you doing atm?

    u should stay on it about 14 days , then take 14 days or more off then start again.. thats the best cycle for it
