this is my first cycle
a little bit about me..
im 22 yrs old ive been training for almost 3 yrs..im 5'11 currently 235lb with no more then 14-15%bf....my diet is in check im eating 7 meals a day every 2 n half hrs/ 7 days a week...im on a 1837cal a day diet..wit 1348 cal coming from protein, 228cal from carbs and 261 cal from fats....my preoteing intake is 337g..fat intake is 29g and carbs are at 57g a day...
my cycle will be bdol 20mg everyday....primabol 100mg a week..and test (sustnon 250) 100mg a week...shots once a week (tuesday and sunday)...in planning on doing a 8 week cycle..and the gear is 100% official...idk if i should mention brand names or undergorund labs....
i already took my first shot this passed tuesday in my right arm and i feel a minor pain but i was told wen u do test it hurts a lil ...its like a sore feeling..
the dbols ive been taking for 5 days already wit my first meal and third meal...i workout in the morning after my first meal...
the reason im doing onl 100mg a week is beacuse its my first cycle and im not looking for nething crazy jus a lil push to give my pysique a fuller harder look...now my question is does this sound like i pretty much have everything covored? and should i continue doing wat is listed above?
also should i have somthing for a pct? and wat? im also taking a testosteron booster that ive been taking before my cycle as a supplement..
