Just wanting to get some opinions on the pinning the back side of the tri, not the teardrop (side), but if you held your arm out straight the bottom part.
I've been doing the teardrop part of the tris and that is probably my favorite site and am considering swapping the biceps for the back of the tri since bis are my least favorite.
Just curious how many people do it there? I'm going to give it a try tonight, might never do it again, so we'll see![]()
