    liver panel... ast-alt

    does anyone know what is too high of a number for liver values?

    I did a prohormone cycl with milk thistle added in my pct and my liver readings were ast- 59 and alt- 91
    anyone know if this is dangerously high or is it ok?

    it's mildly elevated... how long ago was the PH cycle?

    the ALT (SGPT) looks fairly high

    Also, my SGOT and SGPT use to be very high. In fact, my PCP sat me down when the results came back and said "You HAVE GOT TO QUIT DRINKING" so I slacked off drinking and started training again and taking milk thistle. The liver doent regenerate as much as some folk think. However, I got food poisoning a couple months ago and my liver enzmes came back normal on my LFT. So, maybe its time to grab the whisky again

    liver values above 90 and your doc is gonna be putting you on meds soon enough. the avg is around .30. Mine recently hit .79 but a lil R-ALA,milk thistle dropped them back to normal
