cycle help
Need help
6'1 - 208 lbs.
bf = 17%
want to gain 12-15 lbs.
Played football in college. Got up to 240 lbs when palying 8 years ago. I have taken a couple of cutting cycles since then and I fluctuate between 190- 215. I want to take a bulking cycle during the next 2-4 months. I have test E, deca , and d-bol to work with for a cycle. I need some bulking help. If there is something else I need I can get it. My diet is always good and I have studied all the diet forums for the past 2 years. I am 33 and I feel this is one of my last couple of winters to gain good weight due to family and job. I have some free time and can really focus on the next 4-6 months about diet and weights. I have been working out since high school. Still bench 280, squat 400+, etc. Please help with a good 12 week cycle using what I have or something similar. I am thinking test, deca , 12 weeks. 400- 600 . D-bol for 1st 4-6 weeks. PCT. I have letro and nolva. I will do a cutting cycle again in May or June. oh ya.. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i tend to get gyno after 3-5 weeks. should i start early with letro?
any good info ?

i tend to get gyno after 3-5 weeks. should i start early with letro?

your body fat is a little high, that can contribute to gyno on cycle. that being said your story is a lot better than most we hear around here, i would say try and get an accurate reading of your bf and bring it down under 15%, then go for it.
