Starting clen tonight, a few questions

I am supposed to take taurine while on it, correct? When should I begin taking taurine?

Also, how much should I take on the first day? Should I break the dose up and space it out through the day? I have the liquid form.

hell dont start it tonight.. your not gonna sleep...
i take mine in the AM.. id start at 40mcg.. bumping it up by 20 every day or 2..
work your way up to about 120/140 .some cant tolerate that much..some have no issues.. i start with 40/60mcg and take another 20mcg every hour till i reach desired dose
