    looking for a few tips

    hey guys, I still haven't decided weather or not a cycle is best for me yet since I can't tell if I have reached my natural limit but I wanted to clear some things up both steroid and diet related. First off in terms of strength, if I am eating high protein, and I mean REAL food, eating right with tons of chicken and fish, will I see too much of a difference than if I were eating OK and with protein supplements? Because my diet in the past wasnt very good but i used protein supps alot and never saw much improvement. Now my diet is on track with tons of chicken and fish (real food) and I was hoping this really brings out the real gains. Also I have a buddy who runs mexican type of blend of test prop and enanth...i think it was 50mg test prop and 200mg test enanth and he only shoots up once a week. i think its called testoprim d. Is that enough for a first cycle, only once a week? he says it hurts like hell AFTER the injection (a few days) but not during. I thought for decent gains you would have to run 500mg test enanth...just wanted to clear both those up cuz he needs to take it right if hes going to take it period. Thanks alot guys.

    1.) you should see gains from eating correctly. Focus on your diet / training for the next while. If you weren't eating correctly before, a good-quality diet now = good gains in the near future. (therefore you don't need AAS right now).

    2.) That combination hurts because he is injecting Prop. Most of the time it hurts quite a bit.

    3.) That is a low dose... 250mg a week is essentially just above minimum. I'd suggest around 400mg each week.

    awesome, thanks man...gives me some confidence on holding off a cycle for a while. is 250mg too low, or could he get by..i said no cuz it doesnt seem like that much but I didn't want to tell him that considering its still like 30 times more than we produce nat. a day

    he will see some gains. as you stated its well above natty levels but at that token 500mg/wk is standard around here, unless running a 19nor and using test at a low trt dose...which he is not. running prop/enth blend would need to be injected eod to take full advantage of prop ester and create stable blood levels however with only 50mg/ml I doubt he will see much difference. im not into blends at all however id run this stuff at e3.5d and not once a week, as it is primarily enth. this will keep the prop at SOME WHAT of a constant blood level rather than e7d, while at the same time running the enth at its standard dosing intervals. jmo

    ok i'll tell him that, I knew it sounded too fishy when he told me once a week. Like you said, blood levels wouldnt be too stable which isnt good for gains at all. Thanks alot for the help guys!
