ok. ive been searching all over the internet on this stuff and everything i read contradicts each other. if someone can gimme info i'd really appreciate it. what are the side effects?

also, i have a small amount of gyno from when i was a teenager, im 21 now. from what i read, winny has low estrogen effects so i shouldnt worry too much about gyno growth, correct? is there anything other than surgery to eliminate it completely? heck id be happy if i could reduce it a little.

most importantly tho, im 6'3 215, and would like to be 10% BF, im 17ish% now, how much could i benefit from a cycle of winny? i have never cycled anything before but all i plan on is to lose some body fat. i know im a complete newb but id really appreciate any info, tips, from the experts so i can have a better understanding! thanks.

Well the educational threads serve a purpose that this thread will not, you posted in the correct section. Winny will not burn fat, you need to do that with diet and cardio. Personally I think the best results from winny would come to someone 10%bf or less.

cardio, diet, and a light ECA stack.... (ephedrine, caffene, asprin)

maybe some clenbuterol if your body handles the eca stack well.

Eca stack is very common, look it up.
Winny can add hardness to muscle, and if someone is very low bf% that will make a visible difference.

ahhhh...i used hydroxycut a year ago, but i actually gained weight. which was good, hydroxycut gives me a huge pump when im in the gym, but my heart races when i take it..its really uncomfortable? is it because all the caffiene? or something else? i just feel sick after taking it

also, i used lipo 6X which had less caffiene than hydroxycut hardcore. it didnt give me the pump either, but same problems....also i had very bad insomnia with these

lol lipo 6x gave me constant nose bleeds. it bled like every day, gave me really high blood pressure
