    keeping the gains!!!!!!

    alright guys, I'm starting a cycle of dbol & deca, just want to know is there anything i can take to minaminise losing my gains after the cycle? cheers

    yah. a pct & food.

    diet = biggest factor in keeping gains.

    why the hell are you doing deca & d-bol only cycle.

    What's your cycle experience?

    that is not a smart cycle.. you're really going to harm your body.

    i did a cycle on dbol about 7years ago. i saw a few profiles on dbol and they said to use it with deca durabolin 4 better gains. any advise or info is much appreciated.

    How about we get your age, height, body weight, workout history,diet, full cycle history and lets take this from the top.

    Deca and dbol and no pct spoken of and no test is not a good start.

    i'm 23 6ft tall, 19st. i've been working out on and off since i was 15. did my frist cycle when i was 16, i didn't know i great deal about steroids, to tell u the i probaly still don't. with that cycle was told to start with 10mg a day working up 40mg a day 4 a 6week cycle. this was on dbol. at the moment my diet manly a protein diet.(carbs first thing in the morning and post workout only). i've been back training constantly 4 5months now.

    yeah, i'm in the prosese of loseing weight. when i orginally said i'm starting a cycle, i ment when i've lost a stone. 18st is me in good shape. just wanting advise.
