Low Calorie based CYCle
Hey guys I need your help. Im on a low calorie/low card diet. my stats are the following
5'9
195 lbs
22 % body fat
350 of Test E per week
400 of Tren per week
400 of Primo per week
* cycle for 6-8 weeks
Will I see good gains from this cycle? I want to get my body fat down without losing muscle. Please advise!

test e will do you no good with a short cycle. id rather just diet and cardio for a few months first if i were you,, get the fat down and then start a cycle. how old are you and whats your cycle exp?

Im 27 years old. This is my fourth cycle. Needless to say my lack of discipline when it comes to proper dieting really hindered the gains I wanted. Im strict on my diet now. I put on about 16 ilbs of muscle since I started but was never able to get my body fat down. Im not doing something right and Im sick of wasting my money and possibly putting my health in danger. I need some serious help! Thanks in advance

U ever thought about clen ? If your more interested in fat loss than muscle growth i would just cardio 5 to 6 times a week while on cycle and make sure your diet is geared correctly. And it doesnt have to be a low carb/calorie diet to burn fat.

I appreciate the info Thanks! ... I figured the anabolics would adleast assist with the leaning out process.

Keyword is "assist", steroids aren't going to bring your 22% bf down to 10%. It all comes down to diet and cardio like said before.
Remember the higher bf% the more risk you are for high BP, side effects, and even fat gain.
The fact you have run 4 cycles and carrying around that high of a bf% is a testament to your diet.
Please for the sake of your health get your diet hands down before going on another cycle or you will just continue wasting your money.

So would it be worth it utilize anabolic to drop BF? My main problem has been muscle retention during weight loss. I seem to lose 1lb of muscle for every 1.5 lb of fat. Am I genetically wack?

Best Steroid for Fat Loss
Would a extended use of Test e (250 a week) for 4-6 months along with proper diet do well for fat loss?

IMO, no not at your bf%
The fact your losing 1lb of muscle is a testament to your diet, it has to be very high in protein to help maintain your muscles.
You could def. look into clen and bring down your bf% with that and then run a cycle.
