Letrozole may reverse gyno? myth or fact?
Does anyone know? or has anyone experienced any reversal effects that letro had on gyno months after a cycle? A good friend of mine has produced some gyno due to high levels of test they were using and wants to know they only way to eliminate it is through surgery.

Femara/letrozole can reverse gyno, however if it's turned fibrous letro will not reverse it but may help reduce it.
Now make sure that it's not psuedogynecomastia before taking letro as it's not a drug to be taken lightly and will not help with this kind of gyno.
As a side note, before these newer drugs came on the market Clomid was used to reverse severe gyno, it was sucsessful in around 50% of cases and eliminated the need for surgery. We all know that clomid can produce some unwanted sides in some ppl so if your freind is prone to these sides then i wouldn't consider it as high doses need to be ran to elicit any effects.
