This is my first time taking a cycle so let me know what you guys think! Ive been doing a lot of research on this site and have found tons of information (thank you). I noticed whenever a "newbie" posts his first cycle you guys always asks for there stats so..

Height: 5'9"
Weight:205lbs
Bodyfat%: Unknown Est.16-18%
Experience: 2 years
On a strict diet right now trying to get that bodyfat% DOWN! Right now im doing about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio mon, tues,wed,thur,sat and sun. Might be too much but im nursing a left bicep injury so im taking it easy with the weights and hitting the cardio.
Heres what my workout routine looks for 1 week while lifting.
Monday:Biceps and Triceps (i know i should split them up)
Tuesday:Shoulders and Legs
Wednesday:Back
Thursday:Chest
Friday and Saturday: Off
Sunday: Chest
Cardio 10-15 minutes treadmill 3-4 days throught these days (not enough)
Cycle:
-Test E 500mg/week for 10 weeks 250 mg monday morning 250mg thursday night
-Arimidex .25mg Everyday while on cycle (critique that)
PCT:14 days after last shot
-Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
-Clomid 50/50/50/50
