First Cycle..Need Advice
This is my first time taking a cycle so let me know what you guys think! Ive been doing a lot of research on this site and have found tons of information (thank you). I noticed whenever a "newbie" posts his first cycle you guys always asks for there stats so..
Age:22
Height: 5'9"
Weight:205lbs
Bodyfat%: Unknown Est.16-18%
Experience: 2 years
On a strict diet right now trying to get that bodyfat% DOWN! Right now im doing about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio mon, tues,wed,thur,sat and sun. Might be too much but im nursing a left bicep injury so im taking it easy with the weights and hitting the cardio.
Heres what my workout routine looks for 1 week while lifting.
Monday:Biceps and Triceps (i know i should split them up)
Tuesday:Shoulders and Legs
Wednesday:Back
Thursday:Chest
Friday and Saturday: Off
Sunday: Chest
Cardio 10-15 minutes treadmill 3-4 days throught these days (not enough)
Cycle:
-Test E 500mg/week for 10 weeks 250 mg monday morning 250mg thursday night
-Arimidex .25mg Everyday while on cycle (critique that)
PCT:14 days after last shot
-Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
-Clomid 50/50/50/50
Please feel free to change this around!

Welcome.
I don't care much for the workout split, may want to browse some different ideas.
The cycle looks good, personally I would start the adex at .25eod, ed is a bit much for my taste. all in all looks like you did your homework.

As for the workout split, are you talking about my workout routie? I see and talk to a lot of people in the gym that do not workout biceps and triceps in the same day. Its just the way i have been working out for 2+ years. Thought about changing it up..just feels like im stuck in it.

yes the workout routine. I like to change things up, keep it fresh. in general I like to combine back/bi, and I like to combine chest/tri. the pulling exercises of the back already incorporate some bi, as the pushing movements of chest involve tri, so it's a natural mix for me. that being said I still mix things up, I rarely follow the same routine for more than a few weeks.

cycle looks good.
I agree with Big on the adex.
I don't like the split either. I usually combine back/tri and chest/bi...but that's just what works for me...you will have to find what works best for you.
