First Cycle Layout
My stats.

5'7

11% bf
Been lifting since i was 15. lifting seriously for a couple years now
Am an exercise science major so i know how to diet and lift.
I will be taking in about 3,200 calories a day, more if you guys think i need to
My first cycle will be
* Week 1 to 10: 400mg of test C weekly
* Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
* Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
* Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
* Clenbuterol for PCT
I would like to gain about 10-15 lbs from this cycle.
please let me know how this cycle looks. thanks

If I were you I would get that link off here fast.
I would suggest going for 500mg a week and running 12 weeks
