    trying to loose fat and gain muscle

    i am currently on test 400 i was thinking bout mixing it with deca but apperrently i should stick with only test for now i dont kbow my bf% but i got fat im202 when i started my diet i was at 214 now its been 2 or 3 weeks on on test i try to stay under 1700 calories a day and i eat fruits every 3 hours lets say in between my meals so i was wonderign am i gonna gain muscle or im allways gonna stay at the same weight cuz from what im understanding is that i have to feed my muscle for ir to grow i dont do much cardio i do one day on one day off i run on e bikewith a garbage bag and a cream called albolene under that bag with a hoody and run for bout 25 min i can almoast see the fat leaving every morning its liek magik i can see the muscle but im just thinkin i might b doing it wrong

    Fruit is not the best thing for cutting. Go high protein low carb if anything. Deca wont help you cut, just diet and cardio.

    how many cal should i stay a day and my bf% is 20.6% and is it really a bad idea for me not to mix it with deca or should i got and try it of cuz i wanna see some good results even do i got that fat to loose i just started boxing while i was trainning at the mma gym i was loosing good body fat now im trying to stick with boxing and do one day on one day of 20 min with the garbage bag and the cream

    Steroids are not magic.


    You really htink your going to loose bf% on the diet your on? Already just by what you mentioned you really have no clue on how to loose BF% and STEROIDS WILL NOT do what you plan to do. You need to eat in EXCESS in order to gain muscle, going on a calorie deficit diet WILL NOT help you build muscle. True you can shed a couple bodyfat% by adjusting your macros and eating CLEAN but in your case you should diet down without the use of AAS as they DO NOT and let me say it again, DO NOT cut fat...DIET MANIPULATION DOES.

    Anyways, so what is your daily diet?

    Please post so we can help you achieve at least some of the goals you intend on.

    Oh ok lol

    No you can cut while you are on cycle, it is perfetly fine. Normally people who are ALREADY a low BF% cut even further with the help of AAS to help preserve muscle, strength, etc... while in a calorie deficit.

    BUT they are already in the single digit BF% or just a tad over in my experience. Cutting form 20% is called getting your health back in order and getting fit. A cycle of AAS will probably complicate things. And without the PROPER dieting techniques you wont loose any BF%.....the same thing goes for your friend who is cutting and pre-contest bodybuilders...they rely on their diet to loose the bodyfat.

    no im not taking the steroid to loose the fat i lift the gain muscle get bigger but alson i got this stomach i got to loose i was jsut wondering how am i gonna get muscle if im not feeding it

    thats why im asking no ? if i eat in exess in order to gain muscle i would then have to still do cardio to loose body fat ?

    thnks i probably have still a question or after this vid but ya tnks i wanna do it as right as possible its my second cycle and i did it wrong the first time and still got some good results i jsut ****ed it and stoped training after 3 months a but i was eating 6 times a day anywasy imma hk this out

    ok so from what im understanding is that i have to lets say 900 cal of protein devided by 5 or 6 meals during my day in order to gain muscle and stay on a low carb but still need some for energy he was using some ****ed up shit i couldent understand but this was defenetly really good help ok i have to change my diet but while im growing in muscle i guess the fat is also gonna burn and convert to muscle not sure if the fat while convert but ya ,,,,,, i guess i need to get the proper diet any resouce for that ,, thnks guys

    i saw this diet on another threat with a 20.6% of bf is this diet any good for me
    MEAL #1
    5 whole eggs (make sure to buy *****-3 EGGS from the supermarket. They contain virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good *****-3 fats); add another 4 egg whites to this (they don?t need to be the *****-3 ones; you can use liquid egg whites)

    MEAL #2
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)

    MEAL #3
    "Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

    MEAL #4
    SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)

    MEAL #5
    "Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar

    MEAL #6

    IMO you should decide weather you wanna lose fat or gain muscle...u should have only one goal to your cycle, if you wan to gain muscle mass dont think of your fats at all, just eat, and when done with the cycle and pct and this shit you can start looking for a way to lose the fat without losing the muscle mass

    Umm i think so.


    Its called a Keto diet. And its used by many with success, especially IFBB pros.

    Regardless just clean up your diet and what you eat and hit the gym hard and youll do fine.

    Lots of lean protein, keep carbs lower....id keep them 1g per lb of LBM and make sure the carbs are low GI carbs such as potatoes, yams, oatmeal, lentils, barley, etc...

    NO simple sugars, keep fats minimals 35-40% of your LBM, and get them from sources such as natural peanut butter, flax seed, fish oil.

    Fruits are good but in your case not needed as they are High GI carbs.

    You CANNOT jump into the diet you posted, changes wont be made overnight. Ease into eating clean and keep hitting it hard. You will do just fine.

    I'm packing on very good solid muscle and loosing about 3% BF a month. Diet is on par and I never break away from it. Also I'm running lots of test. You can be defiecent in calories and still pack on the real muscle pounds. Most all diets above suck for someone 20%, you need to be more hardcore with it.

    for most effective bulking you would want a calorie surplus, for most effective cutting you would want a calorie deficit. attempting to do both at once will prove much less effective than cutting or bulking individually.

    so right now im on a defecit cal diet wich wont have much result i would have to bulk and then after my cycle loose bf ,cut

    the sequence would depend on the individuals starting stats, some would need to cut first, others would cut after bulking. I would never recommend bulking to anyone over 15%bf.

    got it, but i think im too late allready still got 2months to go im done with 1 vial 10 ml of test 400 so what would b the best at this stage

    you can cut or bulk on the same compounds. in addition to counting calories, look at the quality of foods you are eating. I'm weak on diet compared to many here, start up a thread in the diet section and I'm sure you will get some help.
