as for cutting, most of us prefer diet and cardio.
what are your stats?
age?
height?
weight?
body fat%?
would this be your first cycle?

i'm usually working like crazy slow today so we got off early but i don't have the time to watch what i eat...i work on a route for an ice company and if we do get time to eat its some type of fast food subway is probably the healthiest i can eat but...

I would tweak the diet a bit, and I strongly prefer test only for a first cycle, if you aren't opposed to injecting.

what type of results would i get from test...also are the side effects pretty harsh i've heard any time you increase your test you got to worry about hair loss and all that also if i had to inject it more than once a day i probably couldn't cause of my schedule so pills would be better in my case for right now

Test will yield more lean gains than anavar . Everyone is different, but I've ran huge ammounts of test and never lost any hair. hell if you count my back and shoulders I have more hair now lol.
typical sides would be acne, but even that only affects some.

the only one I really have an issue is 8 for fat loss. I've read the studies on it, but I'm of the opinion that unless you are already at a low bf% and have a good diet, it will not melt away fat.
But that is based off my personal experience with it, and others I've seen use it.
Both my brother and I ran exact same prop/var cycles and he had sht results, b/c his diet sucked and he *never* did cardio.

i mean if i could get down to like 10%bf i'd be happy just like a nice clean look i got a shitload of muscle and you can definitley tell it in my arms but i'm just not feelin having a belly

dropping bf is only part of your issue though, at your current stats you're carrying roughly 29.7lbs of fat. once you cut down to 10%bf, look how light you will be. there is really no quick fix to reach your goals, regardless of what steroid you use your diet will determine the outcome. I'm sure it's hard with your job, but if you can't compromise and build the best diet you can with what you have to work with, anything else would be a waste.

Shitload of muscle for my size is like saying "Jumbo Shrimp". At 5'8 you need to be lean and at least 210 before you tell anyone you have a shitload of muscle.

That may very well be true and if those lifts are legit then it's impressive at your weight. But, I know a lot of very strong very skinny people. Strength does not equate to having "shitloads of muscle".

Not trying to call you out (ok, maybe a lil) how did you come up with the 320 and 400 numbers? Are you adding 2 1/2's and washers on each end? Most people who spend time at the gym would state 315 and 405 for those lifts.

we have a 50 lbs olympic bar it has caps on the end that stay on there and i guess they are 2.5 each
