Lost 65 pounds, time to beef up?

Hello I would just like to start out with a brief history. I am 18 years old at 5'9. July 2008 I was at 245 pounds. I started going to a personal trainer that month. I started dieting, while doing cardio, and high rep weight lifting. End December 08 I reached my weight loss goal, and was at 165 pounds. I am looking pretty thin now,and still gained a small amount of muscle through my training, and weight loss. Three weeks ago I started my first cycle with sustanon 250 I have gained about 10 pounds, but im not sure if it is in muscle or not. I still have a little stomach, and my chest isn't fully hard yet. For some reason in my head I am still worried about my calorie intake, because I don't want to gain fat, just muscle so I look beefy, and cut. I haven't noticed much difference I am half way into my third week of 250mg a week. for the past month I have been working out 5 days a week, run a mile each day then do 8-6-6-4, 2-3 excersizes for each muscle. My bench has gone from 145 max to about 175 max this past month. I guess my main concern is about how much calories should I be eating, because I'm still worried about my stomach flab, and want to harden up.

if anyone has any advice/insight please comment.... Thank You

18 is to young to be doing steroids.

he's already started...the least we can do is offer advice..whether thats stop now and complete PCT or finish the cycle.... i am not in a position to advise either way.

but anyhow congrats on the awesome weight loss. Maybe have a good read of the diet section. There are plenty of threads here to help you out.

Good luck with what ever you decide to do.

I have to say though....i have to agree with PT 18 is too young.....
