current diet:
4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites (cooked in macadamia nut oil) Cut off the yolks, 1 yolk is good enough
50g whey, 1 tbsp natty PB Replace this meal with 4 oz chicken breat, 25 grams whey, 2 cups veggies with olive oil.
6 oz chicken, 1/4 cup cashews (opt out cashews and put in baked potato on workout days, this is post workout meal)
No Potatoe, use 1/2 cup steel cut oats here on workout days.
50g whey, 1 tbsp nattty PB Again, too much whey, make it 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 25 grams whey, 2 cups veggies, olive oil
6oz salmon or sirloin, spinach salad with vinegar and olive oil
50g whey, i tbsp natty PB Casein protien or 25 grams whey, 1 cup FF cottage cheese, 1 tbs olive oil or peanut butter
cardio: starting off with 40 minutes daily
