3rd Cycle
1st cycle
Deca weeks 1-16 1200mgs (300x4)
Dbol Weeks 1-6 & 12-18 60mgs
5 IU's Insulin PWO & upon waking ( Really Makes Me Hungry)
2nd Cycle
Test Cyp weeks 1-10 1500mgs (300x5)
Sustanon weeks 8-16 1250mgs (250x5)
Deca weeks 1-15 600mgs (300x2) Just for joints, for when I bulk
Drol weeks 1-6 100mgs
Dbol weeks 1-6 50mgs
Usual 5IU's Insulin PWO & upon waking (Hungry!)
Want to try A Shic Type approach & keep this one short. Tend to get to BIG if you know what I mean.
Goals- Want to bulk, but kinda tone up alittle.... Critique PLZ.
3rd Cycle
Orals Weeks 1-6
50mgs Strol
50mgs Anavar
1000mcgs Methyl Tren (just to keep strength)
25mgs Dbol
25mgs Drol (break in half)
Injectables 1-5
900mgs tren enan week (300 x 3) (gotta be mean)
900mgs deca week (300 x 3) (Just For Joints during cardio)
300mgs test enan week (TRT)
2100mgs equipose week (300 x 7) (for endurance)
Upping to 10IUs GH & INsulin PWO along with waking
clen 60mcgs / day
75mcgs T3/ day
Goals , drop some BF, along with gaining some muscle.
Doing cardio 2x week on incline tread for 20 minutes PWO. (kills me)
oh yeah,
stats- 5'10''
Weight- 308lbs
BF%- 18%
age- 23
cycle history- 2 before
I know my doses are sorta high. Goal is to become pro BBER one day soon.
Any input appreciated.

Forgot to mention,
Have my first contest in July & want to come in @ 260-270lbs dry at around 4% BF. My goal.
Do you think with this cycle I can? Diet is on par.

I`m not expert on high dose cycles but I would think that shorter esters would work better for such a short burst cycle.

man it needs some serious adjustment,, long esters arent gonna do anything for 5 wks and i wouldnt run so many compounds either. Ill let a vet get in on this one.

The life of the compound is not dictated by dosage so 2 weeks after the last shot its basicly out of your system. You should consider running a bit lower dosing for longer maybe.

you should just stick with test and tren this cycle for your injectables. Your almost asking for a heart attack with all that. Gonna take a long time to go pro so dont rush it.

If you want to go pro you will need to learn a bit more about cycling. Youa re going to hurt yourself the way you are doing it your bf is way too high as well. It is not 18% that is a guarantee.

Those people you claim are doing more are pros who need to do what is needed to be done to be able to compete on world calss level, you have yet to compete in any contest and even still theres no proof as to what they actually use unless you hear it directly fromt here mouth, secondly you are going about this all wrong more is not always better 3rd is this your contest cycle or is that still yet to come ? 4th how often or are you getting blood work ?Last edited by mxer_kx; 02-04-2009 at 11:06 AM.

AI's are for skinny ppl who dont want to lift heavy.
I've heard amatuers do these types of cycles even smaller than me! Need to get er dun.
Pros do more! and never come off! Blood work i will get after this cycle or my next one. Thanks.

My weiner worked like the tail of a iguana!
Didn't have a girl so I didn't care if it did work or not.
Just trying to get huge!
After my first cycle I weighed 292lbs.
After my second cycle I got up to 320-330lbs. As in my pic
Now I hover around 305-310 with alittle less water and fat.
Do you think This cycle will maintain my muscle and have me drop to 260lbs for contest? cardio and diet is there!

I stay on 200-500mgs of test anyways.
Along with the usual peptides.
Lee Priest, flex wheeler, arnold, jay, branch warren they all started younger and stay on all year. They had to to get were they are.
You dont magically get huge then take giant cycles. The giant cycles get you huge then you maintain with less giant cycles.

Sounds good.
I want to try this short burst cycle first and see how I respond.
Then cruise along with peptide usage to a longer Tren & Test Cycle.

Your not a advanced bodybuilder so why are you doing extreme dosages? you need to calm down and relax and drop some BF and reconsider your approach, you don't need them dosages at your level. Cycle healthy! not stupid and do some research.
Your system is fresh and will respond to small dosages just like an advance bodybuilder will respond to large ones, it doesn't mean you will get any bigger or build more muscle abusing gear, there is alot more to it then just AAS, if it was just about gear we would all be walking round like Mr O..

You are no doubt a big boy, but your bodyfat is incredibly high. IMO, your dosages are way too high. 3rd cycle? Just because you're 300+ doesn't mean you need that insane amount of gear. Concentrate more on diet than the dose of gear you are taking. I agree with marcus 100%.

And you want to drop bodyfat by doing cardio for 40 minutes a week? At your weight, I'd be doing cardio at least 4 times/week if only to keep my heart healthy. Just my .02, good luck with whatever you choose

Definitely good advice^^^ if you say it kills you to do 20 mins twice a week you have cardio issues which can mean heart issues down the road especially with harsh cycles like that. You would feel better if you dropped some bf. Its not a race its a journey to build our bodies.

judging by the 2 pics you've shown, you have great mass, but your bf is VERY high, I'd guess in the 30% range, maybe more, and you definitely have gyno. I think if you would cut down to a reasonable bf% you would look huge, then with responsible cycles you could add on to that. your cycle and serm/ai ideas are wack, in my opinion you are going about this all wrong.
