do u keep any of your dbol gains
i've always ran it with test and something else. but i never new what percent of the gains off of dbol you really keep. So i guess is my question is what percent do we keep

Everyone is different, there is no set rule, dbol holds water so alot of the water weight is lost when stopped.

Marcus, i have my second cycle ready to go.. 400 test e 400 deca androl 50+ lol
can i front load the deca with the test? say if i was to do 200mg of both on monday then again on thursday?

diet.. although alot diet u will gain if u eat right.. and also train good

I guess i'm asking about both, around what percent does a average person keep from the dbol on the cycle both weight gain and strength

Weight gains will drop dramastically. As previously stated, D-bol weight is mostly water weight.
Strength gains can be kept. Many report taking d-bol and keeping the jumps for a while. (Strength is determined by diet / training though. Once you stop taking AAS you cannot stop training hard, or else 100% of gains will be lost, just as fast as they came)

Even though dbol makes you look much bigger when eating a crappy high calorie bulk/junk diet it is actually a really good compound for packing on around 5-6 actual hard pounds in 6 weeks when your talking about real size and gains.

Do you think that is more do to dbol aromatising to estrogen easily???
