2nd cycle need advise !!!

i would like to get ur advise if its good and what would ben the proper way of taking those and what should i take with those

The stuff in the banner is junk and you should never do an oral only cycle. IMO I would never consider using m1t a cycle. Check out the stickies in this forum

Goal: kept same weight but gain muscle and lower bf :P

Some might say you are still to young and to give it a few more years.
For a good bigger cycle I would suggest test e or c which ever is easier for you to get basically the same thing. Run 500mg a week for 12 weeks and spilt it into 2 weekly shots of 250mg each. Check out the PCT section you will have to have some sort of post cycle therapy

Wow!!! No offense to you, but why do people who have no idea think that steroids are magic and will make up for what they lack???

5'10" and only 178 AFTER u already did a cycle????

First you are too young and can cause real bad health issues for yourself. That being said. At your height , you should be able to get to 190 naturally before ever touching a steroid. So you need to focus more on your eating cause you need to eat even better when using steroids or you will be wasting them and risking your health

Yes. And scared you should be. Too many people just jump into this without knowing as much as they should before.

Proceed with caution and do some research on here for a while. You are not close to reaching your natural limit yet and won't need steroids for a long time. Research training and diet.......there is endless info out there.

Ok, well, in all honesty, you would do much better to hold off on steroids until you learn to eat to grow and get your body closer to it's natural potential, then break through that wall with steroids.

But get to at least 190-200 by eating correctly. It's not easy, but steroids won't work unless you know how to eat anyway, so don't waste the steroids.
