    Best thing for packing on size is a great bulking diet and heavy lifting!!

    yes ive done that for years and its slow way i just like to speed it up

    Ok, but you do realize that steroids are not magic. They work off of the food you eat and heavy training

    age 45 height 5,10 weight 230 bodyfat 12% goals get size diet i eat well lol workout 3times a week chest legs day one ,back shoulders day 2 ,arms legs day 3

    I can see why you would think that..... but then again - everyone is different and everyones body responds in different ways to different things. If that is him in his avatar..... does it look like he's doing something wrong? Especially if he hasn't touched aas yet?

    to the OP - read up on the PCT material. You're going to have to run a good PCT - especially being 45y/o. Your recovery may not be as fast as a 20 something.

    Assuming you are going to do some research on a good PCT i'd say that a great 1st cycle is test only.....

    1-12 Test E 500-600mg's/wk

    Most definitely everyone dose grow different there have been times when bulking that I myself only hit the gym 4 times a week everyone knows you dont grow in the gym. But I honestly think while on cycle one should maximize the ability to heal quicker and stay anabolic and IMHO 3 days a week dosnt cut it.

    NO, there are no tabs that will do the same as injecting test. there are tabs that will help and can be used in conjunction with test, but if your gonna venture into the dark side, injecting is the only way to go..........oh and what a way to go!!!

    test

    ok test is best test prop is the best test but can be painful so if say u done 0.75 of prop everyday injected u will start to see good gains progressing over a period of say 8-10 weeks and u would be very happy with the results but if u dont want to pin everyday then test-c would be a good choice with 23g pins 1.5 long rotate ur injection sites and make sure everything is sqeaky clean but read up on pct or u could just lose it all again and if not more if u dont know what ur doing .....so make sure u read up alot m8 hope this helps!

    I would change your training split aroung some. Three days can work, but change the setup. Push, pull, legs. If you're going to do a cycle you'll need two bottles of test E or C and some clomid and nolvadex for your pct. Just a suggestion.

    If those stats are all natural at that age im thoroughly impressed.... tes e or c 10 -12 weeks 500mgs week , inj 250 mgs/2x week. Pct starts 2 weeks post injection pct could be say 1st week 100mg clomid / 40 mg nolva ed
    weeks 2-4 50mgs clomid 20 mgs nolva / day
    You guys are saying change this and change that wtf ? again if those stats are real and natty -0 then a cycl;e doesnt sound like a bad idea...at those sats dude is doing several things correctly already...
