    anavar worth doing

    hi everyone im 28 6'1" and 223 17% or 18% bf and i was thinking of doing a small cycle to help with fat loss. I do 30 min of cardio a day with weights and a clean diet i just want a little help burning fat would anavar cover it? and would i need a pct if i just use anavar thx

    I would go with clen or an ECA stack before I went with Anavar. Don't get me wrong, I have ran anavar before and had great gains from it. But anavar isn't the answer when it comes to going from 18% bf, down to say 10%. Diet will be the main key to accomplishing that, and if you wanted some help to go along with the clean diet, and the cardio, like I said, I would go with Clen or ECA.

    Bumping the cardio to 45 a day would be a good start.

    Var. only would be a waste of money. Try 100mg. prop ed for 6 weeks. Eat keto cutter diet and be on par with it. Of course run a-dex .5ed and keep nolva on hand. Pct should be very fast and easy with HCG, Clomid, nolva at only 6 weeks.

    Now if you want to spend more add var to this.

    whatever you can do with var is not going to be much different then without var. cut down then juice up. get some T3.

    I loved the ECA stack but where do you get ephedrine ?. I cant find it anywhere ?

    The guy is sitting at 18% bodyfat and asked for a "lil help with fat loss" and this is your advice? He does not need 700mgs prop a week, he does not need clen or T-3. He needs to eat right and bump up his cardio, nothing more.

    I was doing 60 min a day but i thought anything over 30 min you start burning muscle am i wrong should i go back to 60 min? i currently do hit on treadmill for 30min

    best advice yet!.... Im in between cycles right now and tryin to cut down to about 10% bf and all im doin is eatin good, alota cardio and alota lifting!

    Your 100% right diet and cardio is all he needs to loose BF and hopefully not burn off too much muscle with it. I just find it easier with a short estered test and strict diet for many diff. reasons and the results seem to be quicker, harder, and more defined. I'm just kind of hardcore I guess because 6 weeks of test doesn't seem like a big health risk IMO.

    run with 2 jackets on and 2 pairs of pants till your on the verge of puking everyday and do pushups in the sauna

    Most people consider 60 minutes to be the threshold number for the maximum amount. That may be too much if you are doing HIIT. I personally prefer longer duration low intensity (120-135 BPM) cardio.

    HE DOESN'T HAVE AN MMA FIGHT SCHEDULED.. OR HE MIGHT AND AT BEST HE WILL ONLY DROP WATER WEIGHT... HE JUST NEEDS TO TWEAK HIS DIET AND IMO... LOOK INTO DOING CROSSFIT !!!

    VIEWABLE AT C R O S S F I T . C O M .... minus the spaces in between the letters... that program right there doesnt make you lose muscle and it is the most rigorous workout you will ever come across... you wanna drop BF% then that is the way to go... seriously.. i think everyone should incorporate a CROSSFIT routine into their workout for at least a 6 week cycle... YOU ALL WOULD BE AMAZED AT THE RESULTS YOU GET !!! CHECK IT OUT... SERIOUSLY.. I WOULDN'T B.S. YOU GUYS !!

    i think he wants to lose bodyfat - not h20 - fireguy gave some excellent advice in this thread IMO ....right on the money ....
