    Just a lil Help Please

    OK Guys i hope your all keeping well,

    i have got hold of some good ANABOLIC STEROIDS Them pink ones that are 5mg..

    before i go ahead and start this course i wanted to know, do i need any other steroids?

    because i was thinking of only taking them for 8 weeks and then stop and carry on training and not take anymore for sometime

    any help and advice would be great

    ive always been into staying fit, ive always lifted weight, but i cant go big, i even eat 3 times a day, ive even been taking raw eggs but I'm not having any luck at all, You guys out their are Big Boys who could guide me so i seek your help

    3 times aday just isn't enough, i'm 21, bf 8%, 5'9 and weigh 9.6 stone.

    I eat 5 meals aday but someone told me to up it to 6, so that's what i've now done. up the meal intake mate and try that, it seems to be working better for me.

    I'm still learning much more about training, nutrition and steroids, i've been here for a month or two now and i've learnt soooo much, i've learnt more here by asking questions and reading posts in 2 months that what i have done in the whole rest of my life.

    Keep reading more posts and ask questions, i flood these boards with every question i have because i crave knowlage to get the best out of my body, alot of the guys on here really know what they're talking about and have pointed me in the right direction many of times, jeez i was going inject test in me ever mon and thurs every week for the whole year because that's what i thought you did, but i've now learnt how to pct and do thing correctly, and jeez, i'm still learning and still have alot to learn.

    Stick on here dude and within a month you'll learn things you didn't even think people could do.

    Eating 3 times a day is the same as starving. Start eating solid food every 3 hours you are awake. If you want to put on mass, that's the best way to start. Leave the little pink pills alone for a few months and try this while you read and learn how to do this correctly

    please could you guys tell me what to do besides eat more then 3 times a day?

    Steroids don't make you big.
    Maybe with 5 years hard work and dedication to training and diet you might just get big and thats WITH STEROIDS.

    so come on guys come up with some thing for me, recommend something,
    yes I'm not a master in this at all I'm a newbie, i did try them pink dbols for 4 weeks and no lie i did go big, but i lost that, because i had no one to give me right advice

    Dbol only is a BAD idea. yes you will gain WEIGHT, but thats it. and its mostly water weight, so that is why it goes away when you stop taking them.

    you want to go big? Great!! but you sound like you don't care what you do to your body or the damage you can cause by doing it half assed and wrong!

    even with steroids, you have to EAT EAT EAT they are NOT magic pills or shots they do not make you grow. only YOU can make you grow by doing the right things

    EAT, 6 solid meals a day, more if you can. and I don't mean junky fat food either. quality proteins, good carbs, low good fats

    what the hell are you doing in the gym for 3 hours solid?????
    you are either not working out correctly or you are overtraining which will eat muscles not grow them. You grow during your sleep, not while you are in the gym

    Seriously, steroids are NOT the answer for you right now. But you are gonna go do whatever you want anyway and then come crying on here months from now because you have bitch tits, or you can't get an erection, or worse and then wonder why

    You being pushed around like being bullyed or being pushed around by your strength/size?

    well yes im getting bullied at work on the streets even by my own cushions they all look down on me, that's because im not a big guy im slim, i go gym but as someone said, im burning my own muscle not gaining any more

    this is the reason why ive turned to this form for help, i even avoid walking down the same street were i get bullied, name calling swearing even stone come my way, so i did take a stand and i got beat up, by 8 to 9 guys and teenagers, man life is hard when u have no back up

    they dislike me because i work hard and i don't show off, they think im a nerd, that's because i don't go out getting drunk or smoking weed with them, sorry guys i had to get this out of my system

    May I ask where do you live?

    What makes them say you are burning your own muscles? What is your workout regimen like? how many days a week and what type of workouts do you do for how long each session? How much Cardio?

    im in gym Mon,Tue,Fri,and Sunday

    im doing everything press ups lifting weight on chest arms, yes my arms muscles are strong but not big, i spend at lest 3 hrs in gym sometimes i give up and go home,

    3 hours in one session is WAY too much. If i am in the gym for more then 45 minutes and not doing cardio, then I am not training correctly
