Things work differently in australia imon a hi proteiin an carb diet i have extremly high motabalizm which counts for why i am light i olone eat 500g of pasta a whole cauliflower 4 cucumbers and 3 carrots just for lunch i bench atm b4 deca 80 kg ang leg press 220 kg and 1540watts of leg power im trying to bulk up using the deca coz nothing else works for me it only ripps me up tho im light im also all muscle like a boxers body. I gain to put on 20 kg by using deca than i want to tone up.
