    **** Test

    Hey guy's new guy on board here.
    been working out for 13 years natural.
    i'm now getting ready to try a cycle.
    So far i have Dura 300**** I have reserched it and i know about all the threads and the possibility of fake.I can get a bottle of test to do with it and it will be **** as well or ****.And I cant find much on ****,Anyone thaT could help me get info ,I would appreciate it thanks guys.Im trying to read so i dont have to ask stupid newbie questions lol.

    your def gonna need test. Deca will shut down your libido. For your first cycle, most people will tell you to run test only cycle. 250mg 2x a week (depending on which test you decide).

    i think you have a typo bro. do you mean 250mgs 2x/week, 500 grams total? 1 gram /week for a first cycle seems a bit strong. i know what you meant. i just don't want him getting the wrong idea.

    I was going to go 1 deca and 1.5 test once a week.
    Sorry about the names my fault!
    has anyone heard about the other name?

    you should prob check out the rules. the first rule of fight club is we don't talk about fight club.

    1 deca and 1.5 test don't really mean much. that's like saying i was driving 70 fast. doesn't really give you enough info. 70ft/s, mph, m/s? get my drift? i assume you mean 1ml deca and 1.5ml test. what are their strengths, mgs/ml?

    Well I was thinking 1 cc and 1.5cc test once a week ,I was going for a 10-12 week cycle.Maybe that's not enough but I dont want a massive cycle by any means,something very light yet i want to feel it.

    Well thats a simple Q to answer, youv'e done the reading so i'm pretty sure you know that test only cycle is the way to go on your 1st cycle.
    500mg wk 10-12wks, sorted.

    Great job on 13 years of natural training, that is to be commended! If it were me, I would to one ML of your Test 300 every 5th (420 mgs per week) or every 6th day (350 mgs per week) and leave it at that for now. You should have minimal sides, (if any) and be able to put on a good amount of lean muscle if your diet is good.

    Well guys I really appreciate the help,
    Yeah I was reading about doing deca on your first cycle.But I'm new and have minimal sence about this lol.
    I very open to learning and doing this proper and pefect so it goes as sooth as possible.
    My diet is picture perfect.In the summer of 08 I got down to 5% body fat and looked good but I had to drop from 232 to 185 to do that.i did that in 5 months time.
    So i am very disaplined,I would like to be 200 203 solid at 5% this summer,so I need to get advice on the best way to do that.My workout ethic is hard core.
    FireGuy1 thanks dude it has been alot of work but I love evry second of hardcore workouts!

    Ok back to advice on what I should do to get to 200 solid and lean.
    yoous think no deca just test? I would like to mimimize sides if possible at all.

    i'm trying to read more about first time cycle,Your saying no deca for the first time just test.And that seems like alot I was not wanting to get freaky I would about 22 pounds more solid muscle.thats all
